When useful information is spread across documents or systems, an AI-assisted application can retrieve relevant material and help a person work through it.
The work can include selecting which documents to search, preserving the permissions attached to them and displaying the passages behind an answer. We test the application with incomplete, conflicting and out-of-scope requests as well as ordinary questions.
Applications often hold different parts of the same transaction. We map which information moves between them, when it should move and who handles exceptions.
An integration may use an existing API or a scheduled process. Before connecting the applications, we establish which record owns each field and how an update can be retried safely. Logs and exception handling help the responsible team investigate interruptions.
A scheduling screen, an internal dashboard or a tool for reviewing incoming requests may need its own interface. We develop web applications around the people using them, the existing systems and the permissions each role needs.
After launch, updates and maintenance can be included in an agreed scope. That may mean improving an interface, changing an integration or investigating a recurring error.
